FAQ's

1) How do I place and receive my customised order?

To Place the Custom Order : Click our Design Studio Tab in the homepage and start designing your own or upload your design file.Choose the desired product and size.Click on the ‘Proceed’ button. Fill in your shipping address, choose the payment mode and place your order.

You Receive your order : We will ship your order to the mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed Courier Services and your product reaches at your doorstep.

2) In how many days will I receive my order?

An e-mail will be sent to you once you place the order. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card payments and address details have been approved and verified,unless it’s a COD. You can expect your order to be delivered in 5-7 working days.

3) How do I track my order?

We will send Tracking number of your package via e-mail specified in the order form, rest you can track it in the respective Logistics website.

4) Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order from your registered account before it gets shipped. If your order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

5) Do you have COD option?

Yes! For COD orders, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.100 , only upto order value Rs.1500
