If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in maximum 6-8 business days from the order date . While most items are delivered in 6-8 days, there are a few products that may be delivered in 9-11 business days.
Note : Order Dispatches within the timeline are subject to product stock availability, raw materials , manpower etc, If your doesn't get any shipping status for your order, feel free to contact us.
Shipping or Transit Time for logistics after Dispatch
- DTDC, Bluedart - 4 to 6 Business Days
- Other logistics - 6 to 8 Business Days
Other logistics- Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Professional courier etc
- We always send through DTDC, Bluedart logistics since it's most reputed logistics, only if the pincode of your location not serviceable by Bluedart we are forced to send through Other Logistics.
- Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
- Customised Products will take extra 2-3 business days, because all the works need to be done from scratch.
What if the products not reached in these delivery timelines ?
Important Delivery Note:
We always try our best to ensure smooth doorstep delivery for all orders. However, in some cases, delivery may get delayed or escalated due to logistics-related issues in certain areas. If this happens after the package reaches your destination city/pincode, we request customers to kindly coordinate with the courier partner and, if required, visit the nearest courier office/hub directly to enquire about or collect the package for faster resolution.
- The above days mentioned are the estimated delivery timelines, upto 99% all the packages delivered smoothly, but at times there is a chance that the packages got stuck at some location due to logistics, package missed by logistics or any other reasons and it causes delay.
- Since logistics partners are not in our control we can only investigate the issue with their customer care team and try our best to make it delivered ASAP.
- It's our humble request and informing you prior that we are always ready to give our best service and due to frustration if you don't receive the package please don't abuse with customer care person or any of our team member as we are helpless too because logistics won't give us any proper updates, which is universal issue and you should completely understand.
- It's rare that won't reach in the timeline , we assure that we will put our best efforts to make the package deliver asap. But at any cost refund won't be provided if the order not delivered within the timeline.
