Returns and Size Exchange


Is Size Exchanges or Replacement Possible ?

Size replacements are allowed only one time per order. Items can be exchanged for a different size .

But size exchange or replacements is not applicable for custom orders or any form of customization made in that order under any cicumstances.

Is there any timeline to opt for Size Exchange ?

Yes , please report size exchanges within 7 days of your package delivered date. Please Contact our customer support by clicking the whatsapp button .

Do I need to send all the items for Size Exchange ?

No , please send only the items you wish to do size exchange.

What is the overall time for replacement ?
  • From our experience , it takes 10-14 days to replace the sizes.

It is always good to select correct sizes before placing the order

Do I need to return the items on our own ?

Yes , you need to self ship the items through any preferable low cost courier service like India Post etc

It’s your responsibility to make the package delivered to our address. If it’s returning back to you, we aren’t responsible for it.

Does Jopokart provide shipping costs for returning back the products ?
  • No , shipping costs for returning the items won’t be provided because we provide our services at very competitive costs . What is the point of including return shipping costs in the price itself .
  • Please use only low cost courier services to return the package.
Is there any items not applicable for replacements or returns ?

Yes , there are certain products we couldn’t do size exchanges . If there is any customised content in the product which is not eligible for replacements. 

Note : Please carefully select the sizes before placing the order .

Does Jopokart accept returns if we don't like the product ?

 We are really sorry we don't accept returns if you don't like our products, because we manufacture only premium range of products and it involves lot of efforts in doing that. Please provide feedback so that we can resolve it immedietely.

Once returned to the above address , you need to contact customer support and provide the tracking details of the returned package mentioning Courier name. 
Note : We will initiate replacement only after we inspect the returned package thoroughly for Quality check . Once we checked we will dispatch the necessary size in two working days 


Overall timeline for Size Replacement is approx. 15 days , hence we request you all to choose size correctly and be hassle free

  1. We accept returns only on the following conditions below
    1. If we sent any wrong size from the actual ordered size.
    2. If we sent any wrong color of the product from the actual ordered color.
    3. If we sent any defective products like stitching mistake , printing mistakes .
    4. If we sent any wrong design sent from the actual ordered design.
  2. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect product delivery
  3. Product must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  4. Returns are not accepted for any type of customised orders.
  5. Since the mistakes are on our side , we will give you complete refund , but you need to return back the product to our address , shipping charges Rs.100 will be given for the whole order through Gpay or any UPI id.


  • The refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

  • You need to inform about cancellation within 24 hours from order placed , however if we ship within 24 hours time cancellation can't be done .
